Hillbrook has always been a working farm. Cattle graze the hills down to the shoreline, the orchard feeds the kitchen, and the seasons still set the rhythm of the days. Guests are welcome to walk the paddocks, meet the animals, and see a piece of the Coromandel that runs the way it always has.
